Heartburn, acid reflux… or just eat too much.   I’m not claiming a cure here but we have discovered some serious support and balance by using essential oils and DigestZen from doTERRA.

Essential oils have been used for hundreds of years in the food industry in flavoring foods, and the perfume and commercial companies profit in from products made from scents adulterated and synthetically duplicated.  It’s the commercial and synthetic duplication of these chemicals that worry me the most.
