- What type of protein is used?

a. All of the new products are soy free. - Are these safe for pregnant and lactating women?
a. We recommend any women who are pregnant or lactating inform their physician about their use of our products and to follow their physician’s advice. However, when used appropriately, we know of no contradictions that would prevent someone from using dōTERRA products. - Why are the new products not labeled as organic?
a. Pursuing organic certification was something we considered. However, our current quality control processes and analytical testing provide an equivalent benefit as organic certification. Additionally, pursuing organic certification would increase the cost of the product, and we decided to prioritize affordability to keep these products as accessible as possible for all. - Are all the dо̄TERRA Protein flavors gluten free?
a. Yes, all of the dо̄TERRA Protein options (Chocolate, Vanilla, and Vegan) are certified gluten free. The oat flour included in these products is sourced from a specific plant in Ireland that has very strict gluten controls in place. - Are the Fiber and Greens gluten free?
a. While they are not certified gluten-free, we have verified that all the ingredients in these two products are free of gluten. (and all other allergens except for dairy which is in the vanilla and chocolate whey protein shakes). - Why are sweeteners added to the products?
a. Monk fruit and stevia—which are both natural sweeteners—were added to the dо̄TERRA Nutrition products to help them be delicious as stand-alone mixes. - Do the ingredients follow our sourcing practices?

a. Maltodextrin is used as an excipient (processing aid or carrier or incidental additive) and is a crucial ingredient for the production process. The maltodextrin used to produce dо̄TERRA supplements is sourced from natural sources like corn, wheat, cassava or tapioca root and is used in very small amounts. dо̄TERRA is transparent with our product labeling and this is why you see maltodextrin listed on our supplement labels and may not see it included on supplement labels from other companies. - What are the natural flavors?
a. Instead of listing 5-10 different flavor components (I.e., the Vanilla flavor- there is vanilla extract, vanillin, and other natural flavors that contribute to give that desired vanilla flavor) we list it as natural flavor. - Why did we include Oat Flour?
a. We included this as an additional source of protein and fiber, as well as a source of beta-glucan. In a crowded protein space, this unique source of protein and fiber helps to differentiate our product, providing a nice taste and mouthfeel along with the benefits of beta-glucan, all while being certified gluten-free (at 10 ppm, which is tighter than the
industry requirement of 20 ppm).

December a Time of Giving
Following the month of giving thanks (November), December comes around and we are giving gifts to those we love. I can’t be alone here!? Whether you grew up celebrating Hanukkah, Christmas, Yule any other annual celebration, we all seem to find ourselves gifting others in someway as a “closing gesture” to another year gone by.
What a crazy year 2020 has been, with a Global pandemic of an never before experienced virus that overwhelmed our health system. This year has been fueled by the unknown and unfortunately at times it has manifested into fear for so many. Not a healthy way to live at all.
We huncered down with everyone else early in 2020 as we all listened to the media and local officials define our lives and offer their guideance. But I am telling you now, my family refuses to live in fear. We will continue to fight to stay healthy, by eating right, managing stress, getting a proper rest and sleep and supporting our immune health while we continue to support our family. We have never felt more healthy. We are diffusing daily, taking our supplements and yes I am sharing and helping others learn more about what we are doing so our friends can stay healthy too.
Initially I hesitate to share with our friends in the Motorcycle community, they may think me a little strange at times, but they are starting to appreciate the benefits of these alternatives for their health and wellness. The Best Essential Oils
If you know me, you trust my opinion and know that I wouldn’t bullshit you, I would never suggest you try something that didn’t taste good, or recommend you purchase or invest in something that wasn’t worth it. So if you are here you may be wondering where to buy essential oils, well trust me… I Got You! But I want you to understand why you don’t have to look farther than here.
I have been using essential oils for over 20 years and have tried most of them. These are by far the Purest, Safest, Most Effective and therefore the Most Affordable essential oils available on the market today. And I take great pride and love helping people learn how, and when to safely use them. I know you are on a journey of discovery for yourself or maybe a loved one so I’m sharing here some additional information you may find helpful in your learning search.
Be careful where you look, and what you read… some articles aren’t written by an aromatherapist and those knowledgable about the use of oils but commercial writers who query information on the internet, including content sponsored by Big Pharma, which will often convey caution and fear so you continue to rely on pharmaceuticals and over the counter remedies to “treat what ails you”…
Essential oils are everywhere. You can find essential oils at grocery stores, online, and even in your neighborhood market. With so many choices, how do you know which essential oils are best?
The essential oil industry is not regulated so many essential oils on the market are heavily contaminated or adulterated with synthetic chemicals, and that means they should not be used for therapeutic purposes. But Pure essential oils are different, you need to trust that the company providing the oils has integrity and offers quality guarantees. If you aren’t buying direct, and if it is inexpensive, I feel confident in saying it is probably not pure. In an unregulated industry with growers, harvesters, brokers, bottlers, marketers and distributors… everyone needs to make money. And the cheaper it is to you the cheaper the quality of what is in the bottle. …let that soak in.
If you’re buying essential oils for your health and mood, you want something completely natural and safe. Make sure that you don’t inadvertently buy something you think is natural but turns out to be synthetic. And unfortunately buying from third-party sources (like Amazon, and Walmart online are not buying direct…and I won’t trust the quality).
When you want essential oils that are safe and effective, the most important thing to look for is purity. Pure essential oils will allow you to reap the full benefits that nature has to offer, and you can be confident knowing that they are safe to use to use with your family. Remember, you usually get what you pay for, and essential oils are no different.
What to Look for When Buying Essential Oils
In a market where every company claims to have “pure” essential oils, how do you really know if the oils you’re using are pure? How do you know if the essential oils you’re buying are worthy of being used by you and your family?
If you want the best essential oils, find out if the company you plan to buy from takes the following precautions to ensure the quality of their oils:

Green Clean Spray
Hand and Surface Sanitizing Spray!! Make in a recycled 15ml bottle or double the ingredients and make in a 30ml spray bottle. *add all oils in bottle and top off with water or alcohol (rubbing alcohol or vodka is a good choice). You will need: 10-drops Oregano, 10-drops Tea Tree, 10-drops Rosemary

Lime – Citrus aurantifolia
Known for its distinct aroma and taste, Lime provides cleansing benefits when taken internally or used topically—making it the perfect oil for purifying skin and surfaces.*
Historical Uses
For some time, lime was used as a remedy for dyspepsia with glycerin of pepsin. It was often used in place of lemon for fevers, infections, sore throats, colds, etc.
Other Possible Uses
This oil may be beneficial for anxiety, blood pressure, soothing broken capillaries, dissolving cellulite, improving clarity of thought, debility, energy, gallstones, hair (cleansing), promoting leukocyte formation, liver deficiencies in children, lymphatic system cleansing, memory improvement, nails (strengthening), nervous conditions, cleaning children’s skin, sore throats, water and air purification, and promoting a sense of well-being. It works extremely well in removing gum, wood stain, oil, and grease spots. It may also help brighten a pale, dull complexion by removing the dead skin cells. Lime oil is capable of tightening skin and connective tissue.
Lime Oil Uses and Benefits

Celery was used as early as the 5th century by the Chinese, and is widely used in Indian Ayurvedic practices today.
Conventionally grown grocery store celery looks nothing like the celery seen at local farmers’ markets.
The celery plant grows up to three feet tall, is bright green, and radiating with life. Celery has a complex, strong, sweet, and spicy aroma. The plant takes two years to fully mature and produce its small fruit, which are tan to brown in color. The seeds are the primary repository for essential oil.
Limonene, the dominant constituent, puts Celery Seed oil in the same league as the refreshing citrus peel and fir needle oils. Soothing digestive issues is one of the many benefits of Celery Seed essential oil.*
Experimental research suggests that it may soothe muscles and help joint discomfort when taken internally.*
